This little statue is the result of an interesting process. After my own exploration, discussions and research I began with sketches. The making came later, which I did in wax. Once the posture and proportions (the right measurements) were right, the model was then cast in bronze. A final treatment, the patina, gave it this colour. A much-appreciated gift for the bibliophile.
