Exhibition ‘Recht of krom’ in Apeldoorn

Until 28 November 2021 the exhibition ‘Recht of krom’ (Straight or Crooked) can be visited in Apeldoorn.

The Doopsgezinde Gemeente (Mennonite congregation) at Paslaan 6 is celebrating its 125th anniversary. The enclosed flyer gives the details. The theme ‘Recht of krom’ invites us to reflect on how we make our choices or… run away from them. Slavery, prostitution, loneliness, etc. are portrayed. Hope and expectation also speak through the works. Techniques used for making them include painting, felting, woodworking and collage.
